Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using GradeQuest. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms apply to our website, web app, and any native app that links to this page.
GradeQuest provides unofficial, at-home exam practice in math, reading, and science for students in grades 3 through 5. It is designed to supplement classroom learning and help students build confidence through repeated practice. GradeQuest is not a replacement for school instruction, and its content is not official state test material.
GradeQuest is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Accounts may only be created by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult and are authorizing your child to use this service under your supervision.
Children may use the app as guests without an account. Guest usage does not require sign-up and stores data only on the device.
GradeQuest is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school district, state education department, or government agency. The app uses a block-style mining adventure theme for engagement purposes only; this does not imply any commercial relationship with Microsoft, Mojang, or the Minecraft brand or any related entity.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may stop using GradeQuest at any time.
To delete your account and all associated cloud data, open Account in the app, choose Delete my account, and confirm your password. You may also contact us via Support for assistance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the service.

Practice content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute question bank content or app materials without our written permission.
GradeQuest’s questions, passages, and explanations are aligned with common elementary curriculum standards and are intended to reflect the style of standardized assessments. However, they are not official exam materials and may contain errors or become outdated as standards evolve. We recommend verifying important learning with a qualified educator. We reserve the right to update, correct, or remove content at any time.
GradeQuest, including its branding, design, software, and original question content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the service or its content. Normal use of the app within a browser or installed app is permitted for personal, non-commercial practice.
GRADEQUEST IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF GRADEQUEST, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (USD $25).
We may modify or discontinue GradeQuest, or update these Terms, at any time. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page when Terms change. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law where you reside.
